Our winery has been built along modern lines and with noble materials, such as Villa Mayor natural stone, marble and wood. These materials have been combined to maintain the year-round interior temperature that is ideal for the production of wines of unmistakable personality.
Our winery has been equipped with the most modern winemaking systems, such as: stainless steel tanks in various capacities, all refrigerated and with automatic must pump-over; electronically controlled presses, to extract only the free-run juice; and microfiltration, to guarantee microbiological stability. These elements allow us to obtain complex, harmonic and modern wines without losing the identity of the land.
The aging section has a capacity of 600 barrels, now occupied with 90% French oak barrels, and the remaining are American oak barrels of various toast levels and capacities. |
