Infiltrado, a natural wine
As you know in Bodegas Hacienda del Carche work in order to offer innovative products that bring the world of wine to our consumers and wine lovers enjoy unique experiences. To that end comes in 2013 our wine Infiltrator, unfiltered wine, which makes it possible taste all the flavors and aromas of the wine intact.
It infiltrated not subject to the usual processes in the production of wine as clarification, stabilization and filtration, which would detract organoleptic properties, if not it is packaged directly from the tank, in its purest form.
Unique experiences with Infiltrator
The idea to develop Infiltrate emerged during visits to the winery. As oenologist I like people who visit us know us well and have special experiences in our cellar, so I came to try the direct deposits to be taste in the most natural way possible. The reaction of visitors is always amazed by the intensity of flavors, aromas and odors. And so we started working on how to bring this experience outside our winery, that came as many people as possible.
At this point we presented a barrier that the consumer likes “clean,” without grounds wines. To do the physical processes that are usually subjected wine, apart from cleaning the wine glasses and turbidity, also they lower some aromas, coloring matter and tannins are used. How we would solve this detail?
La clave: el diseño de la botella de vino
The solution came from the hand of a great wine aficionado, Pablo Abellán Guillén, rather than having the same concern that we offered to develop a special bottle that would retain the coffee grounds to serve wine. Thus, working together, decant the bottle was born that allowed us to launch our INFILTRATED wine.
As a result, every year, we can bottle the wine sneaked in to the Christmas holidays, because we need not give stabilization processes and filtration. To pack it on this date, the wine retains all the power and red fruit of a freshly brewed wine.
Finally I would like to share with you a wine that made my compatriots in France, where perfectly describe both the use of the bottle as the characteristics of our wine.
