Our jam is made with our Monastrell wine, which is produced from our own vineyards. It comes in 200 g jars.
This handmade jam contains significantly less added sugar than other jams. During the manufacturing process, the wine is subjected to temperatures around 100ºC so that all the alcohol is lost through evaporation.
We recommend pairing it with foie gras, pâtés and goat and sheep cheeses like Caña de Cabra and Torta del Casar. It goes perfectly with all kinds of meat, too.
